How much does a loft conversion cost?
We will always keep our cost competitive, however not at the expense of quality. We pride ourselves on exceeding our clients expectations in all areas.

Do I need loft conversion planning permission?
Under the current system many loft conversions can be carried out under “permitted development” however all projects must be approved under building regulations. If planning permission is required approval can take up to 3 months from application.

What height do I need for my loft conversion?
The minimum height for a loft conversion is 2.3 metres, however 2.4m is a standard room height.
